City of Hendersonville

The city of Hendersonville is located in the state of Tennessee, 18 miles northeast of the city of Nashville. Located on Old Hickory Lake in Sumner County, it forms part of the Nashville metropolitan statistical area. Daniel Smith settled Hendersonville back in 1784, and the city is named after a man called William Henderson. The city is currently the 10th largest in the state of Tennessee.
